Move Whitehall out of London

The UK government's entire civil service infrastructure should be moved out of London, according to a report by think tank Catalyst.

The report claims that Government policies for the English regions will do nothing to reverse the widening North-South divide and that the trend will only be halted if it is accompanied by bold moves to disperse national public institutions away from London and the South East.
