Agile development methodology has applications way beyond the confines of software development. The Agile Manifesto has the potential to bring the entire business culture to a point at which it can adapt to uncertainty rather than fight and resist change.

In this video, an excerpt from a longer program with Rod Collins and Stephen Denning on the Scrum Alliance Learning Consortium website, Dawna Jones explores how you can use your decision-making powers and brain science strategies to bring these opposing forces together.
