The World's most generous boss?

We've heard of people going the extra mile for colleagues, but rarely is anybody prepared to go as far as Austrian building company boss Ernst Ramboeck.

According to Associated Press, the 63 year-old Ramboeck is donating one of his kidneys to a longtime employee who recently suffered a relapse of his kidney disease. The unnanmed employee has worked as a manager for Mr Ramboeck for 10 years.

Now, what was all that about the criteria for being a good employer….?
