A teenager accounts clerk sacked from his job with insurance company Domestic & General has been arrested after allegedly deluging his former employer with five million emails.

Scotland Yard confirmed that the 17-year old was arrested last month after officers received a complaint from the company. He has now been freed pending further inquiries.
