Antidote to the irritable desk?

News has come our way of an antidote to at least some of the symptoms of the dreaded 'irritable desk syndrome'.

An email from a sharp-eyed US company has opened our eyes to the keyboard organiser - a computer keyboard that opens up like a clam shell to store all those pens, notes, paper clips and other bits of detritus that clutter our working spaces.

Nice idea. But now we know that the average desk plays host to 400 times more germs than a lavatory seat, it would be even better if the inventors could work out how to add some form of built-in disinfectant device to create a real 'super keyboard' . . .
